The Service view is the main screen used to manage your restaurant’s bookings. It shows all bookings for the selected day and gives you quick access to the most frequently used booking controls.

Bookings for the selected day

The List groups bookings by arrival time. Each booking shows the number of guests, the guest’s name, the booking source and its current status.

Select a booking to open and manage its details.

Change the date or restaurant

Use the arrows, the Today button or the date selector to move to a different service day.

The heading shows the total number of bookings and covers for the selected date.

If your account manages more than one restaurant, use the restaurant selector at the top of the screen to change location.

Main booking controls

Online bookings shows whether customers can currently make online bookings for the selected day. Select this control to turn online bookings on or off for that date.

When online bookings are turned off, customers cannot make any new online bookings for that day. Existing bookings are not affected, and staff can still add bookings manually.

Booking opens the form for adding a new booking received by telephone, email or in person.

Updates shows recent booking activity and changes.

Find a booking

You can find a booking by:

  • Searching for the guest’s name or mobile number.
  • Filtering bookings by status.
  • Switching between the List and Calendar views.
  • Displaying cancelled bookings and no-shows when required.

Update a booking’s status

The status control on the right of each booking allows you to update its status quickly.

Select the guest’s name or booking row when you need to open the complete booking and view or change its details.
